NameInAI is a subscription service that measures personal and corporate visibility in AI search engines and carries out work to improve it.
2. No guaranteed outcome
AI engines are independent, closed systems. No specific ranking, mention or recommendation is guaranteed. The service covers applying and measuring best practice.
3. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the career information you provide. We reserve the right to refuse requests involving misleading or untrue claims.
4. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you choose. You may cancel at any time before the period ends. You have an unconditional refund right within the first 14 days.
5. Intellectual property
You own the right to use content produced on your behalf. The platform, software and methodology belong to NameInAI.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of material changes.
